Gearing Up for Rodeo Season!

Greetings,
Rodeo season is just around the corner, but I though I would let everyone know what I have been up to. On April 21st I had my coronation fundraiser in Great Falls at the Montana Expo Park Family Living Center. It was a huge success, but it wouldn't have been possible without all the wonderful donations and everyone who helped to make my fundraiser a success. Gusto Distributing, Pepsi and the Cattlemen's Cut Supper Club were major sponsors for the fundraiser and made the evening a blast! None of it would have been possible without my family and friends!

DECA in Salt Lake

The weekend following my fundraiser, I headed to Salt Lake City, Utah for the International Career Development Conference. I was able to represent Montana as the flag barer on stage at the opening ceremony located in the Energy Solutions Center where the Utah Jazz play. I returned home placing in the top ten percent of the world in my event!
The first weekend in May, I competed in the State Music Competition in Helena, where I received superior ratings on all three of my singing performances.
On the 16th, I finally became a big kid and registered for college classes at Montana State University - Great Falls College of Technology. Four days latter I became a Belt High School graduate and my family came from all over the states to join me in this celebration!

The last couple of days I have been working and getting ready for branding on Monday! I look forward to the Montana High School Rodeo Queen Pageant and my first rodeo as Miss Teen Rodeo Montana at my hometown rodeo in Belt Montana!
